William Rigdon
President & CEO
William (Bill) Rigdon brings three decades of luxury residential high-rise construction management to his position as President. Rigdon specializes in state-of-the-art steel reinforced concrete structures with high-tech mechanical and electric installations. He has served as Director of Construction on numerous projects of note, most recently the The Remington Private Estates--a 27-story, luxury residential condominium development on Wilshire Blvd. in West Los Angeles. Rigdon’s career highlights also include spearheading construction management for Lombard Plaza in San Francisco and The Vintage Club in Indian Wells, California.
In addition Mr. Rigdon sits on the United Builders and Contractors Board as well as unlimited licenses in California and Arizona. Featured in the Discovery Channel series Modern Marvels and Good Morning America. Also Mr. Rigdon has been written up in the Los Angeles Times and newspapers around the world regarding security issues. Also worked with Sony Studios for the movie Panic Room.
Carmen Olsson
Chief Operating Officer
Carmen Olsson’s extensive interior design career spans more than 25 years, including two decades serving as a Project Manager delivering award-winning residential and corporate projects. As Building Consensus’ Interior Design Project Manager, Olsson has earned a reputation for her exceptional ability to work collaboratively with architects, builders and owners to execute turnkey interior design plans that exceed expectations. She also possesses extensive programming and space planning experience and a deep background in the selection and installation of all interior components.
Olsson is a nine-time recipient of the ASID Presidential Citation and a twelve-time winner of the ASID Award of Excellence. She has served as both ASID Chapter President and as an executive board member. Olsson also chaired the Philharmonic House of Design and currently is President of the California Legislative Coalition for Interior Design.
